      SHIPPING POLICY | BLACKHALF COFFEE

      BlackHalf Coffee ships both domestically within Vietnam and internationally. We roast and ship orders weekly. Our goal is to fulfill your order within 3 business days. Once shipped, delivery time depends on the destination and carrier.

      DOMESTIC SHIPPING (Vietnam)

      • Orders are typically fulfilled within 3 business days.

      • Delivery may take 7–12 business days depending on your location.

      • You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

      INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING We currently ship to the following countries:

      • Australia

      • Canada

      • France

      • Germany

      • Ireland

      • Singapore

      • United Kingdom

      Important Notes:

      • If your order has already shipped, you are responsible for retrieving the package or contacting the carrier to attempt re-routing.

      MISSING OR DELIVERED PACKAGES

      • If tracking information shows your order as delivered, but you have not received it, please:

        2. Ask neighbors or building staff

        3. Contact the carrier service to file a claim
