    PRE-ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS | BLACKHALF COFFEE

    These Pre-Order Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the placing of pre-orders ("Pre-Order") with BlackHalf Coffee ("we", "us", or "BlackHalf Coffee") for our coffee products and accessories ("Products"). By submitting a Pre-Order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.


    1. PRE-ORDER
    To place a Pre-Order, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information including your shipping and billing details. We are not responsible for any delays or losses resulting from inaccurate or outdated information. You may update your details by contacting support@blackhalf.net prior to shipment.

    We reserve the right to decline or delay any Pre-Order in the event of oversubscription or other logistical reasons. In such cases, we will inform you within two (2) weeks and issue a full refund.


    2. PAYMENT
    Full payment, including any applicable shipping fees, is charged at checkout. If BlackHalf Coffee is unable to ship the product within one (1) year of the order date, a full refund will be processed.


    3. PRIORITY
    Pre-Orders are fulfilled in the order received. This does not entitle customers to any specific serial number or product version.


    4. DELIVERY SCHEDULE
    Estimated delivery dates (ETDs) are not guaranteed. We will provide updates on delays, but are not liable for any damages or claims resulting from such delays.

    • Orders with both in-stock and pre-order items: will ship only when the final pre-order item is ready. To receive stock items earlier, please order them separately.

    • Orders with multiple pre-order items: to receive items as they become available, place separate orders. Otherwise, we will ship all items together when the last item is available.


    5. PAYMENT
    Your payment at checkout will include taxes and shipping fees where applicable, ensuring no delay upon release.


    6. CANCELLATION

    • Items marked "non-cancellable" or "non-refundable" on the product page cannot be canceled or refunded.

    • Most pre-orders may be canceled anytime before shipment by contacting support@blackhalf.net.

    • Cancellations are not accepted after shipment unless the item is defective.

    • Abuse of the cancellation policy (over 50% cancellation rate) may result in account suspension from future pre-orders.


    7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    BlackHalf Coffee shall not be held liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages. If any liability arises, your sole remedy will be a full refund of the purchase price.


    8. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
    All purchases are subject to additional terms found on the checkout page, including any applicable software or intellectual property policies. These terms may be updated at any time.


    9. CUSTOMER INFORMATION
    Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


    10. DISCLAIMER
    We do not guarantee the final product will match any prototype or early version you may have seen. If you are dissatisfied with the final product, your remedy is to cancel the Pre-Order as outlined in Section 6.


    11. CHANGES TO THE TERMS
    BlackHalf Coffee reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated. If you disagree, you may cancel your Pre-Order as described in Section 6.
