REFUND & RETURN POLICY | BLACKHALF COFFEE
We value your satisfaction and strive to provide quality products. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.
1. FINAL SALE ITEMS

All coffee products (including bags of coffee and Phin Kits) are final sale and non-refundable.

We do not accept returns on items that are part of a bundle.
2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Only non-coffee, non-bundled items are eligible for return.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

You must initiate the return within 30 days of your purchase.

Gift cards are non-returnable.
3. RETURN PROCESS
To begin a return:

Email us at support@blackhalf.net with your order number and reason for return.

We will send you mailing instructions.

Send the item using a carrier of your choice (a tracking number is required).

Notify us of the tracking number so we can monitor its return.

Once received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of the refund.
Approved returns will be refunded to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 30 days for us to receive, evaluate, and process your return.
Note: Shipping costs for returning items are the customer’s responsibility. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
4. EXCHANGES
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at support@blackhalf.net.
Please note that exchange delivery times may vary depending on your location.
5. REFUND TIMING
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original payment method. Timing may vary by payment provider.

6. SALE & DISCOUNTED ITEMS
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Items bought on sale or with discount codes cannot be refunded.
